Delivery fee of R120.oo (incl. VAT) is charged if the order amount is less than R1000.00

Goods will only be dispatched once full payment is received.

Once payment is received it takes 3 to 7 working days for you to receive the goods.

Delivery days are Monday to Friday, excluding weekends and public holidays.

A confirmation email with tracking number will be sent to you once the goods have been dispatched.

We will refund a customer in full for products purchased and returned within 7 business days of the product being received by the customer.

The delivery costs and/or associated fees (courier insurance mandatory) of the return of a product will be the liability of the customer returning the product.

Any product returned in this instance must be unopened, unused and not damaged in any way.

Any refund processed in this instance WILL NOT include delivery costs and/or associated fees. You will only be refunded for the purchased-price of the products.

We require that a customer requests a RETURN MERCHANDISE AUTHORIZATION FORM by emailing us at sales@profitfastening.co.za

Only items that have been purchased directly from this website can be returned to this website. Products purchased through other retailers must be returned in accordance with their respective returns and refunds policy.

Please only send your returns once you have received a Return Merchandise Authorization confirmation from our customer service rep.
